There is No Warranty on the following musical accessories due to the wear and tear through usage, such as piano bench, piano cover, key cover, pedal extender, soft closing device, castor cups, etc

Warranties for Musical Instruments

All our piano products are covered by factory warranties. The terms and conditions vary from brand to brand. Warranty is only available for Australian customers.

In-store pricing

We do not guarantee to match our website prices on products for sale on our shop floor. This is necessary due to the cost of receiving, handling, storing, and displaying products, as well as allowing you to physically try and test the product before purchase.

Pricing

All prices are listed on our website in Australian dollars (AUD), including GST (inc GST).

Cancellation of Layby and Deposit

The Client acknowledges and accepts that the Deposit with order or 10% of the Total Amount Owing, whichever is greater, shall be forfeited and become due and payable to the Supplier if the purchase is not completed by the purchaser due to the purchaser’s unilateral decision and without the agreement with the Supplier.

The Piano Fantasy reserve the right to refuse a refund for change of mind.
