All of our second-hand Yamaha pianos are premium Japanese built instruments, so you can be assured of tone and build. We select only the absolute best models ensuring that you get a quality piano to suit your budget. Every Piano has been thoroughly inspected and setup to ensure that your piano is at best working standard prior to delivery.

We only display the highest quality second hand (used) upright and grand pianos in showroom. Japanese piano brands like Yamaha and Kawai are the most sought after so we endeavour to always have a huge range of these. Every piano has been inspected from Key, String, Action, Pin, Soundboard, Body, Paint, and serviced by our independent qualified Japanese technician.

  1. Yamaha U100 Upright Piano

    We have some  pre-owned U100 pianos for your consideration.

    Yamaha Model U100 (year 1994-1997)

    Dimension: 1500mm L X 610mmW  X 1210m H

    U100 - Made in Japan in the mid-1990s the U100 is a improvement variation of the Yamaha U1. Both come from the same factory and are equally well built with a great touch and tone. You will notice that the U100 has a line of horizontal beeding across the top of the top panel.


    Yamaha use the best of their timbers to build their U1 series professional uprights. The heart of the piano is the solid Sitka spruce soundboard, which is used to amplify the tone of the piano and produce the sound you hear. Using a solid timber for the soundboard rather than a laminated soundboard gives the piano a bigger and fuller sound.

    MC10BL  - The similar model of Yamaha U1, which  has been manufactured in Japan. The MC10BL models were built around year 1989 . Over the 50 years plus that Yamaha have been building the U1 model not a lot has changed other than cosmetic differences to the model.

    The MC10BL offers great value to a player who wants a piano with a rich full sound. The height of the U1 is responsible for the rich tone that the model is famous for. The 121cm tall cabinet gives plenty of room for long bass strings, which give a full rich sounding bass register.

    Yamaha UX upright piano (1979-1980)

    Model UX-U3 Variant Model

    UX - The Yamaha U3 has been manufactured in Japan since the mid 1950's. The UX models were built between 1976 and 1980. Over the 50 years plus that Yamaha have been building the U3 model not a lot has changed other than cosmetic differences to the model.

    The UX offers great value to a player who wants a piano with a rich full sound. The X means this model has an X-Shaped wooden support frame around the back which some claim gives a better sound .The 131cm tall cabinet gives plenty of room for long bass strings, which give a full rich sounding bass register. The sound from the UX is better than most small grand pianos.
