This model includes premium hammers, butcher block style keybed, Solid spruce keys, static-UV polyester application, double wheel casters, and leg and attached toe block.The pianos in the EU series have been designed by European master piano makers. They feature a resonant tapered solid spruce engineered soundboard, light and responsive Pearl River action with all wood parts, braced back, sand-cast iron frame, German strings, vertically laminated maple bridge, synthetic ebony sharps, deluxe twin castors and fittings.

The Pearl River EU110 combines a low-profile compact design with a clear tone and ease of touch. A vertical side-profile and split-hinged top lid allows the full tonal expression to emerge, giving the EU110 a power typical of larger pianos. The European-style streamline key-fall and deluxe brass double-castors, hinges and pedals all convey a contemporary style for this compact traditional instrument.

The new PE121 is a professional piano with a two-tone, beautiful blend of ebony polish and Sapele Mahogany Accents. This model is suitable for players at any level. Strategically off-set backposts provide greater strength in the treble section of the piano where the most tension exists, and less in the bass, providing pleasingly-even tone across the piano. This is a feature normally reserved for pianos costing much more. Experienced craftspeople notch the bridge by hand. Premium German felt is used for the hammerheads, and butcher-block construction with spruce is used for the keybed, designed to withstand heavy use.
